Task: How might we enable customers to shop with ease online

Customer problem: Difficulty locating items online and completing their shop

Business problem: Poor conversion, shop frequency and retention

  2. Consider how 'My Details' section of 'My Account' could be brought into the More menu and how it would be navigated
