Task:
Set up a design thinking framework for the whole UX community to follow.

Problem:
With recent adjustment to job roles, UX and UI disciplines were merged to become product designers. This resulted in some designers lacking the skillset to perform their day to day tasks, particularly more of the UX tasks.

Solution:
I created a framework in Miro for designers to use as guidance. I initially presented this to the UX team but I gradually rolled it out across other teams within the business.
